Objectives:
Integral Development and Implementation of a Commercial Module –AQUARIUS, which provides an efficient service for the daily workload of the Sales, Shipment, Traffic, and other areas. This system:

  • Interacts with the current MMS and other existing systems in an efficient, transparent way, while enhancing their performance.
  • Guarantees Information Integrity by storing information on one database (MIMS or AQUARIUS).
  • Automatically generates different types of sales, purchase and manufacturing contracts and proposals.
  • Efficiently manages operations with clients: order placement, date of delivery, claims, invoicing, account balance, credit, account seniority, etc.
  • Controls and offers follow-up for the distribution process: transportation, shipment, customs agents, routs, pending, type of delivery, etc.
  • Generates documents and reports required throughout the entire logistics and commercialization process.
